Being quite a Nolans fan have met Linda several times and she was always so friendly and down to earth. Not just an autograph or photo she was always happy to chat and spoke to you like you were a friend. She was an amazing talented lady and I am so glad to have met her and seen her so many times.

Such a beautiful and wonderful lady. Her positivity was infectious. She has and will help others who are facing their own battles. She always thought of others, what an amazing selfless human being. Who could ask for more from a loved one and without doubt although it is a very sad and painful time for her family and close ones, how lucky were you all to have Linda in your lives. Part of my childhood happy memories growing up visiting Blackpool then later to be resident …. I was so very sad when I heard of Linda’s passing. Just after I read about this, my own sister in law also sadly passed on 20th January after living with and surviving cancer twice over a 25 year period. My thoughts are with Linda and my sister in law. You both fought very bravely and may you both rest in peace

I worked in the communications (PR) department at Blackpool Victoria Hospital and Linda was always willing to back various campaigns without question. She was delighted to speak in person, on video and have her photo taken. We all really appreciated that endless loyalty to raise awareness. Thank you so much Linda. ❤️

I was in Blackpool tower one day as I was waiting for the lift with hubby son and baby in a buggy I had a feeling as it was taking too long it was going to be a busy lift , finally it got to our floor as the doors opened I seen how full it was and I cursed out loud to my horror I looked and there stood the Nolan sister who politely said we can make room for you come on come on in and godbless them they made room and chatted to me on the way down , Maureen probably coukd see I was stressed ❤️ godbless you all

Linda you were such an inspiring and courageous lady. I battled breast cancer and am so far winning that battle. Watching all that you achieved whilst fighting your own battle was so inspirational. Your family have been through so much trauma due to this awful disease. Your music has made me happy from being a young girl to now when I constantly play your tunes at the highest level whilst singing (badly) my heart out. When it's my time to go I will be bowing out to in the mood for dancing. Keep dancing up their beautiful lady you were a national treasure and yourusic and charity work will go on for years.
